Just when you figure things out

A baby's first year is full of changes....once you think you figured it out...your baby changes up on you again. The first year can be confusing, frustrating, exciting and wonderful for a new parent....The good always outweighs the confusing frustrating parts of parenthood. The pictures below prove how wonderful and fulling my life has become.

Grandparents are a blessing

What started off as a bad weekend ended as a good one! Autumn decided that this weekend she didn't want to sleep. By far Saturday night was the worst night Autumn, Kevin and myself had. Sunday morning I lost it and was crying and was feeling down. A visit from Grandma and Grandpa (Nancy and Brian) was just what we needed to end a terrible weekend on a good note.

Kevin and Brian went a Ravens game in Baltimore and Grandma, Autumn and myself spent the day together in Lancaster. Nancy watched Autumn while I took a nap (what I really needed). Autumn herself decided to take a 4 hour nap. We then went shopping for Autumn and got some really cute stuff for next summer :) Ended the evening with watching some football and some take out.

Raising a baby is the hardest thing we have ever done in our lives and when grandparents come to help us out it is such a blessing. Thank you all for helping us out!!!

keeping in touch

Hi all!
As some of you may know or may not know...Facebook has changed their privacy terms (Link below). I am not in favor and I do not want to subject Autumn to facial recognition, Facebook profiling, and corporate data mining. I will not be deleting my facebook for two reasons....one to keep in touch with family and friends...and two for events and groups.
I will not posting any photos of Autumn anymore....or any photos for that matter. I have deleted all my fbook albums and all tagged pictures of Autumn. I kindly ask that you please do not post anymore photos of Autumn.
